Electrochemical inspection of polypyrrole/chitosan/zinc oxide hybrid composites

Polymer nanocomposite composed of polypyrrole, chitosan, and zinc oxide nanoparticles has been synthesized and it has been evaluated for various electrochemical aspects of the current electrochemical industry. The polypyrrole (PPy) was synthesized by the chemical oxidative polymerization reaction by employing ammonium persulfate as oxidizing agent. Composites of polypyrrole/chitosan (PPy/Chy) and polypyrrole/chitosan/ZnO (PCZ) composites were synthesized by the solution blending method. Detailed structural, morphological, thermal characterization of PPy, PPy/Chy, and PCZ were performed to characterize the specific features of the systems. The composites exhibit better thermal stability and high surface area and the addition of ZnO nanoparticle increase the crystallinity of the composite. Electrochemical characterization of the ITO electrodes modified with PPy, PPy/Chy, and PCZ were performed using cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and amperometry techniques. The present study highlights the role of a bio-compatible material with high surface area and conductive constituent for designing of various high performing electronic noninvasive sensors, biosensors, and so forth.     

无色分散剂在聚合物多元醇中的应用研究

使用自制的具有特殊双键结构、低黏度、无色透明分散剂(BDF-4)合成高固含量普通聚合物多元醇(POP)。实验表明,采用BDF-4合成的聚合物多元醇,不仅黏度低、粒子细腻,而且水溶性很好;同时,由于分散剂特殊的结构使得所制备的聚氨酯软泡具有较高的承载力。     

人工湿地对印染达标尾水中低浓度锑的再削减

本研究通过水培实验和等温吸附实验分别考察了7种湿地植物和7种湿地填料对于印染达标尾水中低浓度锑及典型污染物的削减效果。通过动态实验考察不同湿地系统对各污染物的削减效果。结果表明,滴水观音和香蒲可作为印染达标尾水生态净化的优先考虑植物;无烟煤与沸石以质量比2∶1混合的填料在组合填料中具有较好的吸附效果;种植滴水观音的表面流湿地和种植香蒲的水平潜流湿地的组合湿地系统对印染达标尾水中低浓度锑具有较好的再削减能力。     

基于战略成本管理分析的电镀废水清洁生产新技术——冰冻法

运用战略成本管理分析工具中的广义成本分析、无效成本分析和价值链分析,对典型滚镀镍工艺的成本进行研究。认为电镀废水处理技术应以大幅降低电镀液损耗和水费为重点。提出一种能够满足清洁生产要求的电镀废水处理新技术──冰冻法。以酸铜电镀工艺为例的初步试验和经济技术分析显示,冰冻法易于实现镀件带出液的再回收利用,有良好的经济效益,适用于各种电镀工艺的废水处理。     

以风险防控为导向优化电镀企业环境风险应急管理的研究

以风险防控为导向,建立了针对电镀行业的环境风险因子库,共计26项因子。以东莞某电镀园区为例,结合现场调研、因子分析等工作,筛选出九大重点改善因子。采用统计学方法对因子改善前后的结果进行横向及纵向对比,总结出行业普遍存在的薄弱环节,提出有针对性的预防管理对策。     

油气储运中的管道防腐问题研究

如今工业发展迅速,油气储运与人们的生活密切相连,在工业发展中也起到了重要作用。油气储运中的管道设备是储运中的一个重要部分,所以管道的安全十分重要。在运送过程中有很多隐患,受外界因素和油气本身的因素,容易使油气挥发,引发火灾,使管道腐蚀加重。针对这个问题,对于如何解决管道腐蚀和提高油气的运输效率的问题提出了合理解决措施。     

Development of a noble aluminum-pigmented metallic polymer: Recommendations for visible flow and weld line mitigation

We investigated the appearance of flow and weld lines when metallic pigments are used in polymer blends and how such lines can be eliminated by improving the pigment particle shape and optimizing pigment loading. Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer and two types of aluminum flakes, lamellar and three-dimensional (3D), were blended in a twin-screw extruder with a screw diameter of 25 mm. The temperatures from the hopper to the nozzle were 140, 180, 220, 220, 220, 220, and 220°C. Weld and flow lines were observed using field-emission scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy of specially manufactured injection specimens. In the flow line region, traditional lamellar flakes were randomly oriented, while 3D flakes exhibited a distinct and stable orientation. Based on these observations, flow and weld lines in a finished metal/polymer blend can be minimized by using 3D metal particles in place of lamellar flakes. We also investigated the effects of aluminum flake loading on weld and flow line visibility. At low loading, weld lines were clearly visible due to the lack of pigmentation in the front of the polymer flow. Conversely, high loading resulted in relatively high concentrations of pigment near the weld line area, reducing weld line visibility. These findings suggest that there is an optimum metal loading level where the visibility of flow and weld lines is minimized.

基于四端E-SOP的有源配电网运行效率优化

柔性软开关SOPs(soft open points)通过准确控制换流器有功功率交换,提供了现有配电自动化体系所不具备的实时精细潮流调节优化能力。为了解决SOP对有源配电网运行效率的优化成效问题,本文首先建立了带有储能装置的四端SOP即E-SOP(SOP with energy storage)的接入拓扑和数学模型,考虑了四端E-SOP换流器和直流侧储能装置的运行约束。其次,建立了基于四端E-SOP的有源配电网运行效率优化模型。然后,利用半定规划方法对模型进行了线性化求解。最后,通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。
